Position: Business Development Consultant

Responsibilities:

Assist to deliver the tailored-made business solutions and value-added strategies to clients |

Explore new business opportunity, identify prospective clients and understand clients' business models & needs |

Promote the services in different industries and look for new clients |
![]() |
Organize tailored-made trainings, general trainings, marketing as well as implement strategies |
![]() |
Conduct assessment for clients and draw up proposals for the clients' needs |
![]() |
Develop close relationship and work closely with the management of the clients |
![]() |
Liaise with professional outsourcing parties or advisors including external trainers, marketing companies and other service providers to implement the strategies and business solutions |
Requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related disciplines |
![]() |
Relevant working experience in management consulting or business development is an advantage |
![]() |
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills |
![]() |
Well-organized, self-motivated and good team player |
![]() |
High level of proficiency in English is essential |
![]() |
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply |
