Position:   Business Development Consultant

Responsibilities:

  
Assist to deliver the tailored-made business solutions and value-added strategies to clients
  
Explore new business opportunity, identify prospective clients and understand clients' business models & needs
  
Promote the services in different industries and look for new clients
  
Organize tailored-made trainings, general trainings, marketing as well as implement strategies
  
Conduct assessment for clients and draw up proposals for the clients' needs
  
Develop close relationship and work closely with the management of the clients
  
Liaise with professional outsourcing parties or advisors including external trainers, marketing companies and other service providers to implement the strategies and business solutions
 

Requirements:

  
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related disciplines
  
Relevant working experience in management consulting or business development is an advantage
  
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  
Well-organized, self-motivated and good team player
  
High level of proficiency in English is essential
  
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  
More experience will be considered as Business Development Manager
