Responsibilities:

Responsible to all the general clerical support duties in the Head Office |

Handle telephone calls, answer the door, greet the guests, answer calls from prospective clients, handle courier orders, incoming and outgoing mails, record keeping, filing, handle fax, order stationery & office supplies, room reservations and maintain tidiness within the office |

Handle hands-on clerical support to all the executives and the managers |
Requirements:

Responsible, trustworthy, good problem solving skills and hardworking |

Good command of English, Mandarin will be a credit |

Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing |
![]() |
Relevant clerical experience is a bonus, however fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply |
