Position:   General Clerk

Responsibilities:

  
Responsible to all the general clerical support duties in the Head Office
  
Handle telephone calls, answer the door, greet the guests, answer calls from prospective clients, handle courier orders, incoming and outgoing mails, record keeping, filing, handle fax, order stationery & office supplies, room reservations and maintain tidiness within the office
 
  
Handle hands-on clerical support to all the executives and the managers

Requirements:

  
Responsible, trustworthy, good problem solving skills and hardworking
  
Good command of English, Mandarin will be a credit
  
Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  
Relevant clerical experience is a bonus, however fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
